Hepatic injury

Hepatic injury (Liver injury) are more common and serious injury in abdominal trauma, the incidence of Hepatic injury is second and only less than live spleen. One of severe liver trauma injuries complicated, many complications, high mortality and thus to explore such injury diagnosis and treatment have remained an important topic of abdominal trauma. Liver injury in time of war for many gunshot wounds or sharp injuries, mainly open injury. At normal for many blunt injuries such as crush injury traffic accident injury, a blunt object against injury, falls, etc., mainly blunt injury to the most common injury in traffic.

Liver is the largest intra-abdominal organs substantive, responsible for important physiological functions of the human body.
