4. age ≥ 40 years of age;
5. morning stiffness <30 minutes;

Diagnosis for osteoarthritis of hand joints:
1. frequently hand pain, sour, stiff;
2. hypertrophy in more than two rigid organizations of ten hand joints;
3. metacarpophalangeal joint swelling <2;
4. hypertrophy in more than one distal interphalangeal joint rigid organization;
5. a joint or more than one malformation.

Diagnosis for hip osteoarthritis:
diagnostic based on symptoms:
1. frequently hip pain;
2. hip internal rotation <15 °;
3. hip internal rotation> 15 °;
4. ESR <45mm / h;
5. hip morning stiffness <60min;
6. erythrocyte sedimentation rate are not, hip flexion <115 °;
7. Age > 50 years;
hip Osteoarthritis confirm diagnosed: if the conditions including 1, 2, 4 or 1, 2, 5 or 1, 3, 6, 7.

diagnostic based on radiology:
1. frequently hip pain;
2. ESR <20mm / h;
3. X-ray femur and / or acetabular osteophyte;
4. X-ray showed that the hip joint space narrowing.
