Aneurysm
Aneurysm is swelling disease with a weak localized artery vessel wall. According to the pathology, aneurysm can be divided into three types include true aneurysm, false aneurysm and dissection hematoma. True aneurysm is a full-thickness arterial wall showed cystic or fusiform expansion of the formation; pseudoaneurysm arterial wall by local hematoma caused by rupture of the future by the fibrous tissue enveloping the artery of communication and continue to work with the masses, traumatic aneurysms tend to be on this type; dissecting aneurysm due to arterial wall to split itself into, and arterial aneurysm after arterial intimal tears on each other traffic. Aneurysm is mostly caused by atherosclerosis or trauma, syphilitic rare. Aneurysm can occur in the carotid artery, subclavian artery, axillary artery, brachial artery, radial artery, iliac artery, femoral artery and popliteal artery, especially most occur in the femoral artery and popliteal artery.
Specific reasons to lead to Aneurysm, including atherosclerosis, the middle-cystic necrosis, syphilis, or fungal infections, and trauma aortitis. May have a family tendency, especially in some of aortic aneurysms. Vascular Local expansion, especially in or around the aortic artery.
