Acute cholangitis Diagnosis
Primarily on the basis of recurrent acute cholangitis history. The diagnosis of acute cholangitis,depond B-ultrasound can be found in the expansion of common bile duct wall thickening, and sometimes also show that bile duct stones or roundworm video. Intravenous cholangiography showed biliary dilatation, delayed emptying often contrast agent situation. ERCP can clearly show the expansion of the bile duct and bile duct stones, such as liver disease and to understand whether both within and outside the bile duct stenosis exist. Generally based on clinical performance and the above examinations, the majority can be clearly diagnosed.
